Return and Exchange Policy
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange or return the goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The goods are not the type or model ordered or as displayed on the website at the time of placing the order.
- The quantity or set is not sufficient as in the order.
- The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken.
Customers are responsible for providing related documents to prove the deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods.
Regulations on Time for Notification and Sending Returned Products
- Notification time for exchange or return: within 48 hours from receipt of the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
- Time to send back the product for exchange or return: within 14 days from receipt of the product.
- Place to exchange or return the product: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or send them via postal services.
